1. About Manatattva

Manatattva is a leadership development and executive coaching organisation founded by Squadron Leader Mayuri Yeolekar (Retd.), Indian Air Force. We provide coaching, training, and transformation programs for individuals and organisations across India, delivered in-person, online, and through blended formats.

Program fees are communicated directly during the enquiry and onboarding process. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment terms, invoicing, and applicable taxes (GST) will be specified in your individual service agreement.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and training. However, outcomes from any program depend significantly on individual effort, application, organisational context, and personal circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise of particular professional, financial, or personal outcomes.

7. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations and program content shared between Manatattva and participants are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose personal disclosures, individual performance information, or organisational insights shared during sessions without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
