Executive Presence
How you show up in a room matters more than most people admit. This program builds the authority, clarity, and composure that make people listen — and follow — before you've said a word.
About This Program
Executive presence is not charisma. It is not a collection of power poses. It is the quality of being fully, undeniably yourself in a room — with enough composure, authority, and precision that people around you feel steady and clear, even when the situation is not.
Most professionals who struggle with presence are not lacking confidence in every area — they are leaking it in specific situations: the boardroom presentation, the difficult stakeholder conversation, the moment of challenge in a town hall. This program finds those moments and works directly on them.
Delivered by Sqn Ldr Mayuri Yeolekar (Retd.), who developed executive presence not in a training room but in command situations where authority had to be earned, not assumed — every session, every day.
The Four Pillars We Work On
Physical Presence
How you carry yourself, enter a room, and use space. Posture, stillness, and the signals your body sends before you speak.
Vocal Authority
Pacing, tone, silence, and precision. The difference between someone who speaks and someone who commands attention.
Composure Under Pressure
How you behave when challenged, interrupted, or wrong. This is where most executives lose presence — and where the work matters most.
Strategic Communication
What you say, how you frame it, and what you choose not to say. Clarity and brevity as leadership tools.
What You Will Leave With
Commanding presence in boardrooms, panels, and high-stakes conversations
Ability to handle challenge and interruption without losing composure or authority
A communication style that is clear, brief, and persuasive — not just thorough
Consistent presence across contexts — same authority in a 1:1 as in a 100-person meeting

Both. Coaching sessions are available online (video call) and in-person in Pune. Workshop and group formats can be delivered at your premises anywhere in India. Hybrid formats are also available for distributed teams.
Workshop formats typically run one to two days. Coaching engagements run three to six months, with sessions every two to three weeks. The exact structure is agreed at the start based on your goals — there is no rigid one-size model.
Yes. Most programs are delivered as in-house engagements and can be shaped around your organisation's context, language, and specific challenges. The discovery call is where we discuss what that looks like.
Pricing is quoted per engagement after the discovery call, once we understand your scope and requirements. There is no published rate card because the right structure varies. Get in touch and we will give you a clear, honest picture.
Both. Some engagements are individual coaching — a leader working privately on their development. Others are corporate contracts where an organisation brings us in for their team or leadership cohort. The approach differs; the standard does not.
