The Story
Mayuri spent a decade as a Squadron Leader in the Indian Air Force — where leadership is a daily requirement, not a workshop topic. That foundation shaped a practice built on something real: the lived experience of commanding people under pressure, making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and holding a team together when the stakes are real. She knows what it means to be responsible for people, not just accountable to them.
She carried that lens into the corporate world — working across financial services, industrial operations, and sports administration, including a role as Ethics & Compliance Officer. That shift — from command to influence — is one she lived through herself, and it shapes every programme she designs. The Armed Forces gave her something that stayed long after the uniform came off: the conviction that leadership is a form of service before it is anything else.
A postgraduate engineer and Indian Institute of Management Indore alumna, she brings academic rigour alongside field experience. Her practice spans executive presence, leadership development, team building, emotional intelligence, negotiation and conflict resolution, Campus to Corporate development, and dedicated coaching for armed forces personnel transitioning to corporate careers.
