Programs

Campus to Corporate

The first job shapes every job that follows. This program equips fresh graduates and young professionals with the presence, communication, and interpersonal skills that turn raw potential into early performance.

About This Program

Indian campuses produce some of the world's best technical talent. The gap — and every Human Resources team will confirm this — is not in domain knowledge. It is in workplace readiness: how to communicate upward and downward, how to carry yourself in a professional setting, how to handle feedback and manage relationships without losing yourself.

This program draws on the leadership principles of the Indian Armed Forces — where discipline, punctuality, integrity, and Officer-Like Qualities are not aspirational values but daily practice. These principles translate directly into corporate excellence. The program brings that military precision to the way young professionals show up, take ownership, and build trust from day one.

It is designed for batch inductions, management trainee programs, and campus final-year students — delivered as a structured program that builds real skills, not just confidence.

What the Program Covers

1

Officer-Like Qualities (OLQs) in the Corporate World

Discipline, punctuality, social etiquette, personal integrity, and the bearing expected of a leader — drawn from Armed Forces standards and translated into corporate practice. These are the qualities that set high performers apart from the very first week.

2

Professional Presence

How you show up in a professional setting — in person, on a call, and in writing. First impressions, body language, and the signals you do not know you are sending.

3

Communicating Up and Down

How to communicate with managers, peers, and teams. Structuring your message, giving and receiving feedback, and navigating hierarchy without losing directness.

4

Managing Yourself

Handling pressure, ambiguity, and the discomfort of being new. Building the habit of accountability — for your work, your commitments, and your growth.

5

Navigating Workplace Relationships

How to build genuine professional relationships — not networking as a performance, but connection as a practice. Conflict, collaboration, and knowing when to ask for help.

Common Questions

Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute discovery call. There is no obligation and no sales pitch. We talk through where you are, what you are working on, and whether Manatattva is the right fit. You can book one through the contact page.

Both. Coaching sessions are available online (video call) and in-person in Pune. Workshop and group formats can be delivered at your premises anywhere in India. Hybrid formats are also available for distributed teams.

Workshop formats typically run one to two days. Coaching engagements run three to six months, with sessions every two to three weeks. The exact structure is agreed at the start based on your goals — there is no rigid one-size model.

Yes. Most programs are delivered as in-house engagements and can be shaped around your organisation's context, language, and specific challenges. The discovery call is where we discuss what that looks like.

Pricing is quoted per engagement after the discovery call, once we understand your scope and requirements. There is no published rate card because the right structure varies. Get in touch and we will give you a clear, honest picture.

Both. Some engagements are individual coaching — a leader working privately on their development. Others are corporate contracts where an organisation brings us in for their team or leadership cohort. The approach differs; the standard does not.
