Programs

Strategic Mindset

While many managers focus on immediate challenges, strategic mindsets cultivate clarity, perspective, and long-range thinking. This program empowers leaders to move beyond reacting to circumstances and instead shape them with vision and purpose.

About This Program

Strategic thinking is not planning. Planning is about what to do next. Strategic thinking is about why — understanding the forces at play, the assumptions underneath your decisions, and the second and third-order consequences of your choices. Most leaders are never taught this. They are promoted into positions that require it and expected to figure it out.

This program builds strategic thinking as a practical skill — not through frameworks, but through structured practice in applying perspective, challenging assumptions, and making decisions with incomplete information. Exactly the conditions defence officers are trained in.

What You Will Leave With

The ability to see your organisation and its challenges from the outside in, not only from your function

Stronger decision-making under ambiguity — frameworks for acting well when information is incomplete

The practice of questioning assumptions — your own and your organisation's — before they become problems

A longer time horizon — the habit of thinking beyond the current quarter or the immediate crisis

Both. Coaching sessions are available online (video call) and in-person in Pune. Workshop and group formats can be delivered at your premises anywhere in India. Hybrid formats are also available for distributed teams.

Workshop formats typically run one to two days. Coaching engagements run three to six months, with sessions every two to three weeks. The exact structure is agreed at the start based on your goals — there is no rigid one-size model.

Yes. Most programs are delivered as in-house engagements and can be shaped around your organisation's context, language, and specific challenges. The discovery call is where we discuss what that looks like.

Pricing is quoted per engagement after the discovery call, once we understand your scope and requirements. There is no published rate card because the right structure varies. Get in touch and we will give you a clear, honest picture.

Both. Some engagements are individual coaching — a leader working privately on their development. Others are corporate contracts where an organisation brings us in for their team or leadership cohort. The approach differs; the standard does not.
