About This Program

Designed and delivered by Sqn Ldr Mayuri Yeolekar (Retd.), the Leadership Coaching program draws on 16+ years of leading in genuinely high-stakes environments — the Indian Air Force, financial services, industrial operations, and education. The frameworks she brings are not borrowed from a textbook. They were stress-tested before they reached a classroom.

Format & Duration
One-on-One Coaching
Fully personalised. 3–6 month engagement, bi-weekly or monthly sessions of 60–90 minutes. In-person (Pune) or virtual.
Cohort Coaching
6–12 leaders from the same organisation. Combines group facilitation with individual check-ins. 3–4 months.
Leadership Intensive
Compressed 1–2 day deep-dive workshop for leadership teams. Best as a starting point before a longer engagement.

Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute discovery call. There is no obligation and no sales pitch. We talk through where you are, what you are working on, and whether Manatattva is the right fit. You can book one through the contact page.
Both. Coaching sessions are available online (video call) and in-person in Pune. Workshop and group formats can be delivered at your premises anywhere in India. Hybrid formats are also available for distributed teams.
Workshop formats typically run one to two days. Coaching engagements run three to six months, with sessions every two to three weeks. The exact structure is agreed at the start based on your goals — there is no rigid one-size model.
Yes. Most programs are delivered as in-house engagements and can be shaped around your organisation's context, language, and specific challenges. The discovery call is where we discuss what that looks like.
Pricing is quoted per engagement after the discovery call, once we understand your scope and requirements. There is no published rate card because the right structure varies. Get in touch and we will give you a clear, honest picture.
Both. Some engagements are individual coaching — a leader working privately on their development. Others are corporate contracts where an organisation brings us in for their team or leadership cohort. The approach differs; the standard does not.
